Dieting

I have always been a bit chubby since I was a child. I really want to get to an ideal weight so I started dieting on 1st February 2010. When I say dieting, I mean exercising and eating healthily. I have lost a lot of weight so far, and don't have too far to go to get to my target weight.

The last time I dieted I was about 17 and I ended up getting very thin. I won't let that happen again though!
