Stop taking your stress out on others

 You have to stop taking your stress out on others, especially work stress! Instead try to handle it better. Or if you simply can't do that, you still need to stop taking it out on others!

It is simply not ok to be angry with others just because you have more work or a deadline. Speak with your manager if you have issues at work instead of just being horrible to others.

It is never ok.
